The OTW 32" x 72" Water-Filled Jersey Barrier is a heavy-duty, interlocking plastic construction barrier designed for temporary traffic control, pedestrian separation, jobsite security, and work zone channelization. Made in the USA from UV-stabilized polyethylene, this portable barrier combines lightweight handling with the stability of water ballast for commercial and industrial applications.
Each barrier weighs approximately 65 lbs when empty and holds up to 90 gallons of water, increasing its filled weight to approximately 820 lbs. The integrated pin connection allows adjoining barriers to form straight runs, 90-degree corners, curved layouts, and enclosed perimeters without separate corner pieces.

Installation & Handling
Position the barriers empty, connect adjacent units using the included interlocking pins, and add water ballast according to the project requirements. The articulated connections make it possible to change directions without specialized corner sections. When the project is complete, empty the barriers through the integrated drain openings before relocation or storage.
Important: This product is intended for channelization, perimeter definition, and separation applications. Verify project-specific traffic control and crashworthiness requirements before using it in roadway environments. The 32" model is not advertised as TL-3 crash rated.
