- Your preferred arrival date and time: When would you ideally like the order delivered?
- Your absolute latest arrival date and time: What is the final deadline your project can accommodate?
- Your name and direct phone number: Give us a number where we can reach you quickly.
- Your shipping budget, if you have a limit: This helps us focus on realistic options.
If your preferred arrival time and absolute deadline are the same, please say so. If you can accept an alternative product, color, or quantity, let us know—that flexibility may open up faster options.

Your credit card will be authorized at checkout, but it will not be charged—and your order will not be filled—until you give us your final approval.
What Happens Next?
Our rush-order team will review product availability, warehouse locations, delivery options, and costs. We will contact you by phone or email for your approval, normally within one hour during business hours.
If the expedited shipping cost exceeds your budget and you decide not to proceed, we will cancel the order and void the card authorization. Your bank determines when the authorization hold disappears from your account.
Delivery arrangements are not confirmed until our team has reviewed your requirements and you have approved the available option.

Overnight shipping for heavy or bulky products can be expensive. This service is designed primarily for time-critical business orders and may not be practical for residential purchases or projects with limited budgets. Historically, rush orders under $3,000 have been difficult to fulfill.
Shipping cutoffs can change your options.
If we confirm that a product can ship today, we may need your complete order details and approval immediately. Waiting for approval from the decision-maker can mean missing the warehouse or carrier cutoff.

Let us know when you send your request. Where available, shipping on your account can simplify the shipping-cost approval process.
Traveling to an event without a confirmed delivery address?
Tell us your destination and arrival schedule. We can help explore delivery to a nearby UPS Store location, subject to that location’s acceptance requirements and package limits.
Local sourcing may be an option.
In addition to our own warehouse inventory, we can check our business-partner network for products closer to your destination.
