Rush Orders

RUSH Orders, Overnight Shipping, Same Day Delivery.

Yes, we can deliver fast! Many of our customers purchase barriers for an event, trade show, or an OSHA inspector visit to their facility. We can ship the same day from multiple warehouses across the USA.

When you have a hard deadline the best way to order is to place a rush order online:

1. Place your order online.

2. In the “Order Comments” on the “Cart” page write a note, for example: "Rush. I must have this by Thursday or Friday by 5 PM at the absolute latest. John Smith cell phone 312....."

Don’t worry if you can’t find a particular part or color. We can add it manually on the backend, and your card is not automatically charged when you place the order online. It will only be processed after we get your approval.

What Happens Next?

When we receive an order like this, we can immediately forward it to our most experienced team member who handles rush and VIP orders. We will then confirm product availability, shipping options, and cost and reach out to you via email or phone for your approval within an hour during regular business hours. If the express shipping cost is above your budget, the order and authorization on your card will be canceled.

You can also call or email us with product details, shipping address, and the dates.

Important Notes About Rush Orders

  • Phone and email inquiries: If we get an inquiry “can you ship this product today” and we answer “yes,” it usually means that we have to have order details and the credit card right away. If the customer calls back to place the order three hours later, we may have already missed the cut-off time.
  • Are you traveling to a trade show and don't have the exact address yet? You can look up a FedEx Office store closest to your location, we will ship it there.
  • Expedited shipping can be expensive. We can ship on your FedEx or UPS account, this saves time for quoting and getting your approval for the shipping cost.
  • In the NYC, Chicago & Los Angeles area, we can even do same day delivery.
  • We mostly sell to businesses, rush orders involve a lot of complicated logistics, depending on the product a minimum order size may be applied.
