Secure Temporary Fencing Systems - Anti-Lift & High-Security Fence

Secure Temporary Fencing Systems

Temporary fencing is usually designed to create a perimeter. Some projects require more. Barrier HQ offers secure temporary fencing systems designed to make fence panels more difficult to lift, separate, climb, tamper with, or remove.

Conventional temporary fence panels are typically installed in portable bases and connected using removable couplers. This works well for most construction, event, and crowd-control applications, but higher-security projects may require additional protection against unauthorized access, panel lifting, fence separation, or tampering.

Barrier HQ works with multiple temporary fencing technologies, including anti-climb fence panels, anti-lift components, high-security couplers, secure gates, heavy-duty stabilization, and specialized interlocking temporary fencing systems.

Coming to the USA

No Thru™ Secure Temporary Fencing System

No Thru™ is an Australian-developed, patented secure temporary fencing system that takes a fundamentally different approach to conventional temporary fencing.

Instead of relying primarily on standard removable panel clamps, No Thru uses an integrated interlocking design involving the fence panel, specially designed foot, upper panel connection, and stabilization components.

The objective is simple: make it substantially more difficult to open a temporary fence line by removing a conventional clamp and lifting an individual panel from its base.

What Makes No Thru™ Different?

No Thru is designed as a complete fencing system rather than a conventional fence panel with security accessories added afterward.

Interlocking Key & Keyhole Foot

A specially designed key at the bottom of the fence panel engages with an angled keyhole inside the No Thru fence foot. Once adjoining panels are installed and connected, the panel cannot simply be lifted vertically from the base in the same way as a conventional temporary fence panel.

Integrated Upper Panel Connection

Rather than depending on a conventional removable bolt-on coupler between adjoining panels, the system incorporates an upper connection as part of the fencing design. This removes one of the common points where conventional temporary fencing can potentially be separated.

Anti-Rotation Bracing

The system uses bracing to help maintain alignment between panels and reduce the ability to rotate the fence foot in an attempt to disengage the locking mechanism.

Stackable Weighted Fence Feet

No Thru fence feet can be stacked to increase ballast where additional stability is required. This can be especially useful when windscreen, privacy screening, or other materials increase wind loading on the fence.

Multiple Panel Positions

Multiple panel locations within the foot provide flexibility during installation and can help reduce how far the base extends into pedestrian areas, work zones, or other restricted spaces.

Anti-Climb Fence Panels

Dense mesh and a secure panel configuration are intended to make the fence more difficult to climb than standard temporary construction fencing with larger mesh openings.

Designed for Uneven Ground

The panel connection allows vertical adjustment between adjoining fence sections, helping the fence follow slopes and uneven terrain while maintaining the interlocking system.

Controlled Access Points

Because the fence line operates as an interconnected system, normal access can be concentrated at designated gates and planned openings instead of relying on removable connections between individual fence panels.

When Is a Secure Temporary Fencing System Needed?

Standard temporary fencing is suitable for many applications. Higher-security configurations may make sense where unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, equipment protection, public safety, or controlled site access are greater concerns.

  • Construction sites with valuable equipment or materials
  • Infrastructure and utility projects
  • Industrial facilities
  • Restricted-access work zones
  • Vacant or secured properties
  • Government and municipal projects
  • Large events requiring controlled perimeter access
  • Projects where conventional temporary fencing is considered too easy to separate or lift

Own a Temporary Fence or Equipment Rental Company?

No Thru™ is being introduced differently from conventional temporary fencing.

The system is intended to be deployed through participating temporary fence and equipment rental companies rather than sold directly to individual end users.

Protected territory opportunities may be available for qualified rental companies as No Thru expands into the United States.

Barrier HQ is working with No Thru to identify qualified U.S. rental companies interested in introducing this system into their local markets. Contact us if you would like to learn more about the program and availability in your area.

Standard Temporary Fence vs. Secure Temporary Fencing

Feature Conventional Temporary Fence Higher-Security System
Panel Connection Standard removable couplers Security couplers or integrated locking connections
Panel Lifting Panel typically rests inside portable base Anti-lift devices or interlocking base system
Climb Resistance Depends on mesh design Anti-climb mesh commonly used
Site Security General perimeter control Designed for increased resistance to tampering and unauthorized entry

Secure Temporary Fencing System FAQs

What is a secure temporary fencing system?

A secure temporary fencing system is a portable perimeter solution that incorporates additional security features beyond standard temporary fence panels. These can include anti-climb mesh, anti-lift devices, security couplers, interlocking bases, controlled gates, and additional stabilization.

Can temporary fence panels be secured against lifting?

Yes. Depending on the fence system, anti-lift brackets, locking components, specialized bases, or an integrated interlocking design can be used to make fence panels more difficult to lift out of their supports.

What are high-security temporary fence couplers?

High-security fence couplers are designed to make adjoining temporary fence panels more difficult to separate than panels connected with basic removable clamps. They are commonly combined with anti-lift devices and anti-climb panels for higher-security applications.

Can I buy No Thru™ temporary fencing?

No Thru is being introduced through participating rental companies rather than as a conventional direct-to-end-user fence product. Contact Barrier HQ regarding No Thru availability or alternative secure temporary fencing systems that are available for purchase.

Can Barrier HQ supply a complete high-security temporary fence system?

Yes. Barrier HQ can supply complete temporary fencing configurations including anti-climb panels, high-security couplers, anti-lift components, bases, stabilization, gates, privacy screens, and related commercial fencing components.
