Shipping Policy

General Information: Due to varying product weights, sizes, and warehouse locations, shipping charges may not always be automatically calculated at checkout.

Small and Light Products: Many items are shipped via FedEx© or UPS© ground. For these, you'll see the shipping estimate before finalizing your order. Rush orders may need a manual shipping quote. 

Large and Heavy Products: For products with significant weight or size or those stored in multiple warehouses, shipping costs might not be immediately available. After adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout, you'll be notified of the shipping cost once determined. Promotional Free Shipping: This is available for the 48 continental US states, subject to minimum order amounts as indicated in promotional materials. It doesn't apply to AK, HI, PR, and Canada. If we determine that we can't offer free shipping for your order, we'll provide a shipping estimate. If you decline the charges, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping Outside Continental US: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands will incur shipping charges. We'll provide an estimate, and your order will be processed upon your approval.

Rush Deliveries: Available at an additional cost, more details are available here.

Shipping to Canada and other Countries: All products ship from the U.S. with prices in U.S. dollars. Expect additional days for delivery. Note: Barrier HQ Inc. isn't responsible for customs duties, broker fees, or other international charges. Customers must cover these fees before receiving the shipment.

We can ship on your UPS, FedEx or Freight account. 

Issues with Your Order

Incorrect Product: If you believe you've received the wrong item, contact our customer service within 72 hours of receipt.

Damaged Shipments: Inspect your delivery for damage before signing. If you find damage, refuse the damaged items and accept the rest. If the packaging shows signs of damage, note it on the delivery receipt. Contact our Customer Service Department for replacements and to arrange for damage inspection. For concealed damages, report within 24 hours. Sending digital photos of the damage to will expedite the process.
